TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE SUMMARY
The full Terms & Conditions of Carriage are available in Terms and Conditions page. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Governing Law:
The contract is subject to the local governing laws of New Zealand, specifically the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 (CCLA 2017), which governs the carriage of goods. Disputes will be settled in the relevant jurisdiction.

Liability of the Carrier:
Our default service is performed at Limited Carrier’s Risk. The Carrier’s liability for any loss, damage, or delay to goods shall be limited to the terms of the CCLA 2017 unless a higher value (Declared Value Risk) is specified in the contract and additional charges are paid.12

  • Insurance Advisory: If your goods are worth more than $2000, please arrange your own insurance.
  • Alternative Liability: We also offer Owner’s Risk (carrier not liable except for intentional damage) for clients who wish to assume the risk.

Prohibited Goods:
No Dangerous Goods are allowed without prior explicit agreement. The Carrier reserves the right to refuse the shipment if deemed unsafe.

Delivery Schedule:
The Carrier does not guarantee specific delivery times. Delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, traffic) are not the responsibility of the Carrier.

Claims for Loss or Damage:
Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date in the event of non-delivery.

Payment Terms:
Payment is due as per the agreed terms. Failure to pay may result in holding of the goods.
